Two men, who were released from prison this year after serving terms for dealing drugs, have been arrested yet again following investigations by the Logan County Join Drug Task Force.
With assistance from officers of the Bellefontaine Police Department and deputies of the Logan County Sheriff’s Office, task force detectives served warrants Thursday for trafficking in crack cocaine to Robert J. Price, 43, of 11532 State Route 720, Lakeview, and Chris Mundy, 35, of 512 W. Columbus Ave.
Mr. Price was most recently arrested in 2012 after a task force investigation and later convicted of trafficking in crack cocaine, possession of crack cocaine and having weapons under disability.
He was released from prison July 23.
Mr. Mundy’s record in Logan County includes a 2011 conviction in which he served 28 days in the Logan County Jail on a charge of conspiracy to traffic crack cocaine.
In 2013, he received probation after he pleaded guilty to three counts of trafficking in drugs and one count of possession of drugs as a result of a task force investigation.
He was released from prison June 27 after serving a 10-month term for two counts of trafficking in crack cocaine.
