The West Liberty-Salem High School Key Club recently hosted a spooky afternoon of pumpkin painting for high school students, with more than 120 pupils participating. Students signed up to paint during their homeroom and lunch periods, and created designs from ghosts to witches and abstracts with color. There was no competition, just a time to enjoy being outdoors with friends. Volunteers helped manage paint supplies. Molly Smith and the Key Club organized the event, and high school art teacher June Seymour donated the brushes and paint supplies. (WEST LIBERTY-SALEM SCHOOLS PHOTO)
