Clowns with the local Antioch Shrine Funsters led off the Antioch Shrine portion of Bellefontaine’s Memorial Day parade, organized by Bellefontaine resident Bret Stahler, standing center on the float, who is serving this year as potentate of the 14-county Antioch Shrine. Other parade units from around the area which converged on Bellefontaine on Monday morning included (pictured in Tuesday’s Examiner) the Bobbies on miniature motorcycles with a paddy wagon hauling prisoners, miniature race cars that zipped around in circles for the spectators, a tricycle troupe and a brass band.
