Ridgemont’s girls basketball team defeated host Parkway 54-49 in the opening round of the Chatt Insurance Holiday Tournament Thursday.
The Gophers will play Lincolnview today in the championship game.
Prsicilla Howland led Ridgemont with 14 points, while Sydney Totten and Faith Jenkins each had 12 points. Shaylee McGrath chipped in with eight points and five steals.
