Benjamin Logan’s wrestling team competed at the Jim McCracken Invitational at Sidney High School on Saturday and had three placers.
Versailles won the 14-team tournament with 225.5 points and Mentor was second with 212 points. Ben Logan was 11th with 67.5 points.
Senior Cole Houser highlighted the Raiders by winning the 138-pound weight class, and in the process earned his 100th career win. Houser went 5-0 on the day with two pins and a technical fall. In the finals, he beat Gabe Strayer of Van Wert by a 10-3 score.
“We are very excited for Cole,” said Ben Logan head coach Kyle Seeley. “Cole becomes the 32nd wrestler to earn 100 wins in their career here at Benjamin Logan.”
