Sunny skies shine Tuesday on the pinwheels lining the Logan County Courthouse lawn, placed in honor of Child Abuse Prevention Month recognized in April. Locally, 432 reports of child abuse were investigated in 2022. In addition, today, April 12, is Wear Blue Day across the state. Logan County Children’s Services invites the community to wear blue to take a stand against child abuse and neglect, and share to pictures of themselves, their family, friends and coworkers on the Ohio Wears Blue Facebook page, or using the hashtag #OhioWearsBlue.
