Quincy Village Council members discussed delinquent utility bills at a recent meeting. New rates went into effect Dec. 1 and will be reflected in the first billing in January.

Mayor Daniel Robinson was appointed to sign all necessary documents to purchase this electric at the best rates for all who wish to participate.
