January Phillips, 42 of Elida, and Angela Perrin, 44, of Sidney, each was arrested Friday and lodged in the Logan County Jail related to incidents at Indian Head Roadhouse, 509 W. Main St., Russells Point.
Phillips was charged with theft, assault, and disorderly conduct, and Perrin was charged with public intoxication and persistent disorderly conduct, officers of the Russells Point Police Department report.
Officers responded to the restaurant about 4:55 p.m. on a report of an assault. Upon their arrival, they learned that Phillips allegedly had attempted to leave the restaurant with alcoholic beverages in the restaurant’s cups.
When management approached Phillips and asked for the beverages back, she reportedly threw the cups at the employee and allegedly scratched, punched and kicked the employee.
She was placed under arrest and seated in a patrol car.
Perrin reportedly became belligerent upon seeing Phillips being arrested, and she repeatedly ignored multiple warnings to calm down and return to her vehicle. She was eventually arrested upon exiting her vehicle and attempting to return to the restaurant after she was told she was not allowed back on the property.
Both females were intoxicated, officers noted.
Perrin continued being belligerent while being transported to the jail, and jail staff placed her in the restraint chair because she was uncooperative.
