A 60-minute mental wellness seminar is set for 7 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 24, in the Russells Point Municipal Building, sponsored by the Indian Lake chamber of Commerce Legislative Committee and Mind Your Minds Inc.
Entitled Be a GateKeeper, the program is part of a series that continues in November with Mental Health first Aid.
