Timothy Fedele, 54, of 9028 Park Street, Orchard Island, Russells Point, was taken into custody for aggravated trafficking in drugs, a third-degree felony, Wednesday related to a Washington Township Police Department investigation.
Washington Township officers responded to his address about 1:45 p.m. Officers were investigating reports that Fedele was selling illegal drugs with minor children present.
He was taken into custody and transported to the Logan County Jail without incident
