Dallas C. McKinley, 42, of 214 Pratt St., Apt. 2, was charged Thursday with theft. He walked into Bernie’s Drive Thru, 829 N. Main St., around 10 a.m. and stole a case of beer. When employees yelled at him, he returned the case.
However, he was identified as the same man who stole two cases of beer Tuesday.
Officers located and arrested him.

Quinesha L. Carter, 29, of 831 Cooper Ave., was arrested Wednesday for three counts of trafficking in cocaine and single counts of possession of cocaine and possession of marijuana.
Officers of the Bellefontaine Police Department report she was a passenger in a van stopped around 7:25 p.m. for stop sign and brake light violations.
Two warrants for trafficking had been issued for Carter as a part of a Logan County Joint Drug Task Force investigation. Marijuana and a small amount of cocaine were found in her purse.
She was transported to the Logan County Jail and admitted as the officer drove up to the entrance that she had amost an ounce of cocaine concealed in her pants. Corrections officers stood by as she retrieved the cocaine and they later found a small packet with cocaine in her bra.
The additional trafficking charge was added after the Wednesday stop.
