Jamie David Johnson, 42, of West Liberty, passed away Tuesday April 3, 2018, in his home, surrounded by his family.
He was born Feb. 16, 1976, in Piqua. Jamie was self-employed in the construction industry for many years.
Survivors include his wife, April Reisinger Johnson; daughters, Alyssa and Autumn Johnson; mother, Anita Patten (Robert Tackett); father, Jim Johnson; sister Lisa Johnson; maternal grandparents, John and Billie Patten; and loving in-laws, aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
As a self-proclaimed wicked ninja, he was unable to defeat his biggest adversary, melanoma cancer. Jamie faced cancer with bravery and fought like a warrior.
Funeral services begin at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, April 10, at Jennings Farley & Seeley Funeral Home & Crematory, 5591 S. U.S. Route 68, West Liberty, where visitation is 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, April 9.
