manslaughter for supplying the drugs that killed Eric Pooler, 50, of Bellefontaine.
Morgan Brown, 26, of Bellefontaine, and Whitney M. Davis, 35, at large, each was charged with complicity to involuntary manslaughter.
Mr. Pooler was found dead in his vehicle on Dec. 1 parked in a farm lane off Township Road 219. He was last seen by his wife two days earlier.
Logan County Prosecutor Eric Stewart said the women helped Mr. Woodum conceal Mr. Pooler’s death which occurred at Ms. Brown’s city apartment.
