Two men in a black Honda Accord struck a parked vehicle and then fled the scene on Thursday afternoon, officers report.
The vehicle was making turning left from Spring Avenue onto Madriver Street when it struck a parked 1999 Ford Mustang owned by Chelsey Watkins, 128 Spring Ave.
Damage was heavy to the parked car and the suspects have not yet been located.
