George scored 20 points and Clement had 16 as the host Chiefs beat Tecumseh 56-46 in Central Buckeye Conference boys basketball play.
Bellefontaine improves to 8-7 overall and 5-3 in the CBC. The Arrows tumble to 2-14 overall and 2-6 in the CBC. Tecumseh has now lost 11 straight games.
“Number one, it feels good to get a win,” said Bellefontaine head coach Jason Calton. “I though the difference tonight was we were more aggressive getting the ball to the basket. Our last game we shot six free throws and tonight we shot 22. We were able to attack their zone and make them guard us.”
