Firefighters of the Tri-Valley Fire Department responded to a report of a house fire at 4884 County Road 10, Zanesfield, about 10:40 p.m. Wednesday.
West Liberty, Perry Township and Bellefontaine fire departments also assisted at the scene.
The fire evidently rekindled overnight, and crews were called back to the scene about 4:40 a.m.
According to Logan County Auditor’s records, the property is owned by Stephanie Conrad Richter. Further details about the fire were unavailable at press time.
Man lodged for felony domestic violence

Jordan Downing, 20, of 231 Jefferson St., Quincy, was charged with felony domestic violence following an incident at his residence about 1 p.m. Wednesday.
Deputies of the Logan County Sheriff’s Office were contacted by relatives of Mr. Jordan’s live-in girlfriend, Kristin Michael, 44, who said she was being threatened by the defendant with a knife.
When deputies arrived at the scene, Ms. Michael said she and Mr. Downing had been arguing when he reportedly pulled out a pocket knife and made threatening comments toward her.
Deputies recovered the knife at the scene. The defendant was placed under arrest, and was transported to the Logan County Jail. He was charged with a felony count because of a prior domestic violence conviction.
