TROTWOOD — At times here Wednesday, Benjamin Logan’s girls basketball team had to feel like Milton-Union was playing with extra defenders.

The Bulldogs intercepted and deflected Ben Logan passes all night and seemed to scoop up every loose ball as they upset the Raiders 39-36 in a Division III sectional semifinal at Trotwood-Madison High School.
Ben Logan, which ends the season with a 16-7 record, committed 23 turnovers.
“Their defensive pressure hurt us a lot,” said Ben Logan head coach Donnie Sosby. “Their overall team toughness gave us a lot of problems. There were a lot of times where they just ripped the ball right out of our hands, and they were on every loose ball.”
