The Community Blood Center hosts a blood drive from 1 to 4 p.m. Friday, July 20, at the Discovery Center, 1973 W. State Route 47, Bellefontaine.
Everyone who registers to donate will receive a patriotic Earn Your Stars and Stripes — Donate Blood T-shirt.
In an effort to built a better blood supply this summer, the CBC is conducting a Build a Better Blood Supply Summer Blood Drive drawing for a $5,000 home improvement gift card. All those who are registered to donated between May 29 and Sept. 1 are automatically entered in that drawing.
