Taylor Hennon, 19, of Lewistown, was charged with operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs and child endangering during a traffic stop at 6:30 p.m. Monday, about eight hours after she had been released from the Logan County Jail on unrelated charges.
Officers of the Washington Township Police Department stopped her vehicle in the area of U.S. Route 33 and Township Road 94 for numerous lane violations.
Upon making contact with the driver, signs of intoxication were observed. Officers said a 2-year-old child also was riding in the vehicle with Hennon.
Hennon submitted to field sobriety tests and subsequently was placed under arrest. Once at the jail, Taylor tested 0.111 blood alcohol content level. She also was cited for a marked lanes violation.
Officers of the Russells Point Police Department and troopers of the Ohio State Highway Patrol assisted with the arrest.
