Logan County Engineer’s Office highway crews plan to fog seal several high volume county roads that were recently chip sealed.
Fog sealing is a process that helps lock in the gravel aggregated and creates a surface that appears to be new asphalt.
Work will occur between 7:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. each day. At least one lane of traffic will be maintained during the work.
Motorists should slow down and use caution when traveling in the work zones. There could be delays so alternative routes should be used by motorists.
Slated for work, weather permitting, are:
• County Road 130, from County Road 32 to County Road 57, Monday;
• C.R. 57, C.R. 130 to U.S. Route 33, Monday;
• C.R. 130, C.R. 57 to State Route 117, Tuesday;
• C.R. 130, C.R. 32 to the Bellefontaine corporation limit, Wednesday; and
• C.R. 32, C.R. 130 to County Road 11, Thursday.
