Two defendants were sentenced and three granted intervention during appearances this past week before Logan County Common Pleas Assigned Judge Mark O’Connor and Judge William T. Goslee.
Cases handled by Judge O’Connor were:
• Jennifer Byrum, 36, of Marysville: 10 months in prison for receiving stolen property to be served consecutive to a current prison sentence for similar offenses in other counties; and
• Mackenzie Counts, 24, of Marysville: sentenced to the West Central Community Based Correctional Facility, five years of community control and ordered to pay restitution and court costs for two counts of burglary.
Jeremy Lawrence, 39, of Waynesfield, pleaded guilty to two counts of aggravated possession of drugs. His sentencing is June 26.
