Clara “Sue” Millisor passed away Jan. 12, 2018. Born Oct. 1, 1918, in LaRue, she was the youngest child of the late Bertha and Wilbur Miller.
She leaves a loving family including son, Ken (Annette) Millisor of Cleveland; daughter, Janet (the late Jim) Barnett of Overland Park, Kansas; nine grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.
She was predeceased by a grandson, Robert (Amy) Millisor; great-grandson, Jack Millisor, a sister, Mabel DeBolt, and brothers, Anson and Harry Miller.
She married Darrel Millisor in 1936 and moved to Belle Center, where Darrel operated a Standard Oil Station and a Chevrolet dealership. In 1968 they relocated to Russells Point, where Darrel continued his career as a Chevrolet dealer. In 1986 they relocated permanently to Lake Fairways in North Fort Myers, Fla.
She loved life to the fullest, was a dedicated wife, mother and grandmother. She was a devoted member of the United Methodist Church in Belle Center and later Good Shepherd United Methodist Church in North Fort Myers, Fla.
Sue spent her last years in assisted living and most recently in memory care in Fort Myers, Fla., and cherished visits with her family and friends.
A graveside service begins at 11a.m. Friday, Sept. 21, in Belle Center Fairview Cemetery. A luncheon follows immediately after at the Belle Center United Methodist Church.
