Bellefontaine’s boys and girls track and field teams hostws Urbana and West Liberty-Salem’s boys in a tri-meet Wednesday inside AcuSport Stadium.
Bellefontaine’s girls won the meet, but the full team scores were not reported.
The Chieftain girls won 16 of 17 events on Wednesday. Recording first-place finishes were Brooke McClellan in the 1,600 (6:02.8) and the 3,200 (12:50.8), Zoe Price in the 100 hurdles (17.9) and the long jump (14-5 1/2), Aubrey Stolly in the 200 (29.5), Kayla Plummer in the 400 (1:10.9), Lauren Carter in the 800 (2:40.6), Chelsea Burkhammer in the 300 hurdles (56.8), Beigh Wilson in the high jump (4-6), Maddi Jackson in the pole vault (6-6), McKenzie Haley in the shot put (34-10) and Anne West in the discus (119-8).
Bellefontaine’s boys won nine events. The Chiefs were led by wins from Jacob Boy in the 110 hurdles (18.7) and the 300 hurdles (46.7).
