Bellefontaine’s Jack Clement and Benjamin Logan’s Cole Jones both took home player of the year awards, while six other local boys basketball players earned all-league honors on the recently released all-Central Buckeye Conference squad.

Clement, a senior guard for the Chiefs, was the Kenton Trail division co-player of the year along with Kenton Ridge’s Tyler Eberhart and London’s Trey Woodyard. Clement led the CBC in scoring with 20.4 points per game.
A senior guard for the Raiders, Jones was named the Mad River division player of the year. He helped lead Ben Logan to a Mad River division title and averaged 12.3 ppg this season.
Clement was the lone Chieftain on the Kenton Trail division first team. Teammate Donovan Dinovo was a special mention pick.
The Raiders’ Jones was joined on the Mad River division first team by Indian Lake junior guard Austin Parker.
