Logan County Board of Developmental Disabilities staff and administrators make a stop at an area residence to sing Christmas carol and deliver “Boredom Buster Bags” to individuals they serve. Over the past week, the group has gone caroling and delivered packages to more than 70 individuals. They’ve visited all the group homes in Logan County and several intermediate care facilities. The “Boredom Buster Bags,” included nine different activities. Logan County Board of DD Community First Coordinator Kelli Bader said they want individuals staying home due to living with parents, those with health risks of their own and those living alone to have plenty of activities to help keep them busy over the holiday break.
