Benjamin Logan Middle School art educator Jennifer Davis is a participant in the Ohio Art Education Association’s 2022 Youth Art Month celebration.
She will be honored alongside BLMS eighth-graders Marlee Butcher and Charley Hardman during the Virtual Youth Art Month Exhibition Reception Sunday, March 13, highlighting the innovative work of both students and educators.
Marlee Butcher was selected as an honored artist for the 42nd Annual Youth Art Month Exhibition sponsored by the Ohio Art Education Association.
Marlee’s “Venice Calm” pencil drawing is featured in the exhibit.
This year’s show includes 95 student artworks from all over the state. Marlee and Mrs. Davis were selected to be a part of this exhibition representing the western region.
Charley’s “Warrior Silhouette” watercolor/sharpie piece was chosen for display in the 42nd Annual Young People’s Art Exhibition, also representing the western region of the state.
