Bellefontaine’s boys tennis team earned its fifth victory of the season Monday by beating Greenon 3-2.
At first singles, the Chiefs’ Tyler Frantz rolled to a 6-0, 6-0 victory.
Bellefontaine’s Max Wilcoxon also won by 6-0, 6-0 decision in his second singles match.
The Chiefs made it a clean sweep at the singles spots as Min Lin won 6-4, 6-1 over his Greenon opponent at third singles.
At first doubles, Greenon won over the Chiefs’ Lindsay Stevenson and J.P. Attar 6-2, 2-6, 6-3.
The Chiefs’ second doubles team of Kasey Middaugh and Hunter Karg lost 6-4, 1-6, 7-5.
The Chiefs are 5-11 on the season and will play at home tonight in Central Buckeye Conference play against Kenton Ridge.
