Two local drivers delivered big wins Saturday at Shady Bowl Speedway.
Logan McPherson of Bellefontaine won the 50 lap Rick Hensel Memorial for the Biggins Small Engine Repair modifieds.

Bellefontaine’s Logan McPherson won the first of four races in the Rick Hensel Memorial modified series and DeGraff’s Jason Purtee kept his undefeated season intact with a hobby stock victory.
McPherson moved in front of the 50-lap Rick Hensel Memorial on Lap 13 and held off a late charge to carry the checkered flag. The races pay $1,500 to the winner with an additional bonus of $1,500 to any driver winning all four races.
