Robert J. Finch, 36, of 316 Ludlow Road, was arrested Sunday on a warrant for assault and charged with possession of marijuana, possession of marijuana drug paraphernalia and persistent disorderly conduct after an altercation with police around 12:10 a.m. inside the Beer Vault, 149 W. Columbus Ave.
Officers report Finch aggressively approached them and began yelling at them. He would not stop and the bar owner had him removed from the business.
Outside, he continued and officers arrested him. Marijuana and related paraphernalia were found in his left front pants pocket.
