Bellefontaine Utility Billing Department experienced software and printer issues with its Nov. 1 billing invoices.
Some customers may have received inserts in the billing envelopes with no bill or blank billing invoices or incorrect invoices.
Customers should check the name and the address on any bill to make sure it is correct.
