Benjamin Logan’s boys soccer team fought to a scoreless tie against host Springfield on Thursday in a non-league contest.
The Raiders are now 3-0-3 on the season.
“This was kind of the game I was afraid of,” said Ben Logan head coach Jamie Hughes. “After the tough battle with Tecumseh (on Wednesday), we struggled tonight mentally more than anything. Give them credit, Springfield played extremely hard. And our defense led by Danny Elson in goal and our center backs Jared Nicol and Josiah Kratz played great.
