A woman was arrested today after a brawl that spilled onto a Bellefontaine City School bus around 7:05 a.m. at Madriver Street and Brown Avenue.
Foxi Carter, 33, of Bellefontaine, has been charged with two counts of assault and a single counts of persistent disorderly conduct and trespassing onto a bus.
Officers of the Bellefontaine Police Department continue to investigate the incident and more charges are possible.
They report several students have been exchanging taunts and threats over several days. There was confrontation Tuesday afternoon when students departed the bus and it reignited this morning as the students awaited the bus.
The bus driver reported the brawl had started before the bus pulled up.
Ms. Carter is the mother of children involved in the ongoing spat.
She allegedly assaulted an 18-year-old male and a 17-year-old female outside and inside the bus.
She was lodged in the Logan County Jail.
Grandfather found using heroin

Brian K. Hayman, 51, of 439 Colton Ave., was charged Tuesday with possession of heroin, possession of drug abuse instruments and endangering children.
Police were called to the residence after a tipster notified them he was shooting up heroin.
Officers were allowed into the home and found him in the bathroom with a hypodermic needle in the trash can next to him. He admitted he had just abused the drug. Officers recovered the needle and a spoon with drug residue.
More needles and two foil balls with heroin were found in a black bag in the laundry room.
He had been home watching over his eight-year-old granddaughter, who witnessed him use the drug.
He was lodged in jail.
