Nathan Henry McClain, 20, of Greenville, Ohio, passed away, unexpectedly, on Tuesday, March 23, 2021, in Gettysburg, Ohio.
He was born on Jan. 13, 2001, in Bellefontaine, to Gloria June Lease of Greenville, and Timothy Clay McClain of Harper.
In addition to his mother, Nathan is survived by his son, William McClain; his siblings, Timothy McClain of Greenville, Harley McClain of Cincinnati, Gaven Morrison of Bellefontaine, Lola (Josh Willis) Morrison of New Paris, Stephanie McClain of West Mansfield, Shelby Rank of Bellefontaine, Tharion Stanley and Sage Stanley of Kenton, Eddie and Precious McClain of Harper; aunts Coriene Ilse and Bobbie Lease, both of Bellefontaine, and Linda Simpson; his nephews, Bentlee and Carter Willis, Henry Smith, Brody Morrison, Chad Wilt and Ethan Wilt and nieces Paige McClain and Valentina Stanley.
Nathan had an amazing talent for getting into trouble. However, he also had a talent and love of music, rhythm and rhyme. Though he could play many instruments, his instrument of choice was his voice, and his music of choice was rap. He was creative and would write his own lyrics and songs.
There will be no public services for Nathan.
