Bellefontaine City Schools Board of Education members appointed a new member to fill an unexpired term during their regular meeting and 2016 organizational meeting Monday evening.
Scott Abraham was selected by the board for the former seat of Joshua Stolly, who resigned last month in advance of his new position as the city of Bellefontaine’s law director, which began Jan. 1. Mr. Abraham will fill the term that runs through 2017.
Treasurer Keith Krieger administered the oath of office to Mr. Abraham, and also to three incumbent members who were reelected to the board in November — Joan Haushalter, Tim O’Rielley and Brenda Sanford.
