Denver A. Carson, 27, of 608 Miller St., DeGraff, was lodged in the Logan County Jail on a parole violation Tuesday afternoon.
Officers of the DeGraff Police Department, along with deputies of the Logan County Sheriff’s Office, responded to his residence about 12:50 p.m. on a report of a domestic dispute.
Upon arrival, officers observed Carson breaking out the side window of a pickup that belonged to his girlfriend. He told officers that he and his girlfriend had been in an argument over a phone.
His girlfriend also advised that Carson had damaged picture frames inside the home.
She said she was not injured and that she did not wish to file charges for the damages.
The defendant was placed under arrest after officers spoke with his Clark County parole officer.
