A man who forced entry into a Lakeview home and would not let the occupant leave was among four defendants who entered pleas and three who were sentenced Monday in Logan County Common Pleas Court.
Korey Grandi, 30, of Huntsville, pleaded guilty to burglary in connection with the Sept. 11 incident in which he forced his way into at 470 Main St., Lakeview, home and threatened a man and woman there. The man was able to leave and flag down a deptuy of the Logan County Sheriff’s Office patrolling the area.
• Andrea Maczuga, 34, of Sandusky, pleaded guilty to aggravated possession of drugs and possession of drugs;
• Cody Cerwinsky, 25 of Bellefontaine, pleaded guilty to burglary and attempted corruption of another with drugs; and
• Terry Rhyan, 40, of Lakeview, pleaded guilty to two counts of possession of drugs.
Presentence investigations were ordered and sentencings are scheduled for June 12, 2017.
Sentences imposed
Timothy Clark, 57, of Bellefontaine, was sentenced to 10 months in prison for theft.
• Joseph Wilson, 30, of Bellefontaine, was sentenced to five years of community control, 80 hours of community service and ordered to pay court costs, attorney fees and restitution for breaking and entering, receiving stolen property and criminal damaging.
• Laney Fark, 24, of St Marys, was sentenced to three years of community control and ordered to pay court costs for possession of heroin.
