Drivers face OVI charges

Kimberly J. Garver, 56, of 400 Lincoln Boulevard, Apt. 4, Russells Point, was charged with operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, possession of drug abuse instruments, illegal conveyance of drug paraphernalia and disorderly conduct around 5 p.m. Tuesday. She also was cited for failure to control, no driver’s license and no safety belt usage.
