Justyne Frank Robinaugh, 26, of 450 Kristina Drive, Apt. 12C, was charged Sunday with unlawful restraint and domestic violence.

Officers of the Bellefontaine Police Department responded around 4:45 p.m. to a 911 call in which Jenny Longworth was screaming for help.

They found her outside with bloody scratches on her right forearm.

She claimed the two argued and the suspect hit her in the head with an open hand. When she tried to leave, he pulled her back into the residence.

The suspect was lodged in the Logan County Jail.

Man picked up on warrants

James A. Manuel Jr., 39, at large, was arrested around 8:20 p.m. Saturday on five counts of trafficking in drugs. He was observed on the porch of 220 Oakland Square and said he was watching Kari Leeth’s two children, ages 5 and 9.
