Township police arrest Bellefontaine teen

After a brief foot pursuit, Washington Township Police arrested Nicholas Ray Baker, 17, of 501 Albert St., Bellefontaine, in the Five Parks area of Russells Point, where he and another youth were observed smoking cigarettes just after 4 p.m. Saturday.
