Judge wants first Pilkington briefs in 2 weeks

Christmas and New Years Day may be working holidays for the Logan County Prosecutor’s Office as attorneys have just two weeks to prepare dozens of briefs and prepare for a critical Jan. 5 hearing to determine if the office should be removed from the capital murder case against Brittany Pilkington.

‘Examiner’ business office to observe holidays

The business office of the Bellefontaine Examiner will close at 11 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 24, and Dec. 31 and will not open Friday, Dec. 25, and Jan. 1, in observance of Christmas and New Year’s, national holidays.

The newspaper will be published Dec. 24, 26 and 31 and Jan. 2.
