Riverside second-grade students Scarlett Lentz, April Tryloff and Mia McGill perform “Livin’ on a Prayer” by Jon Bon Jovi this week during the K-6 talent show hosted by Riverside Elementary Music teacher Cari Beth Noah. Acts consisted of singing, dancing, magic tricks and more. Every student that participated received a medal and an ice cream treat. Riverside Elementary Principal Mr. Mason Bryan finished the talent show by performing “Country Roads” by John Denver on his banjo. “In total, we had more than 78 courageous students perform an act for the talent show. We look forward to this becoming an annual event for our elementary students,” school officials said. (RIVERSIDE PHOTO)
