Andrew M. Diener, 28, of Bellefontaine, was cited for failure to control related to a non-injury crash Saturday evening in the 4700 block of County Road 153.
Deputies of the Logan County Sheriff’s Office report he was operating a westbound sport utility vehicle about 11:30 p.m. when he traveled off the right side of the road and struck a tree, coming to a final rest in a ditch.
Damage was heavy to the SUV, which was towed from the scene. The driver was wearing his seat belt.
• Nicholas R. Miller, 37, of Kenton, was cited for failure to maintain assured clear distance ahead related to a non-injury crash at 3:05 p.m. Friday.
Deputies report Raymond D. Frazier, 68, of Belle Center, was operating a northbound pickup on U.S. Route 68 and was waiting to turn left onto County Road 57 when he was struck from behind by a northbound car operated by Miller.
Damage was light to both vehicles. The drivers were wearing their seat belts.
• Michelle J. Glasco, 28, of Kenton, was cited for a marked lanes violation related to a non-injury crash Saturday evening on U.S. 68.
Deputies report she was operating a northbound car near Township Road 219 about 9:40 p.m. when she said she swerved to avoid a deer and entered the opposite lane of travel. Her vehicle was struck on the rear passenger side by a southbound car operated by Jessica J. Allen, 28, of Bellefontaine.
Both drivers were wearing their seat belts. Damage was heavy to both vehicles, which were towed from the scene.
