A first-half onslaught by Fairbanks was too much for Triad to overcome Friday as the Cardinals lost 45-6 in an Ohio Heritage Conference North division football game.
The Panther have now won six consecutive games and improve to 6-2 overall and 3-0 in the OHC North division. The Cardinals fall to 2-6, 0-3.
Fairbanks dominated the first half and jumped out to a 38-0 lead. The Panthers outscored the Cardinals 21-0 in the first quarter and 17-0 in the second quarter.
The Panthers added their final touchdown in the third quarter to take a 45-0 advantage.
Triad scored its only touchdown of the game in the fourth quarter when Jordan Simonelli threw a 13- yard pass to Logan McCoy.
McCoy finished with 90 receiving yards and Simonelli had 137 passing yards.
Triad travels to stateranked West Jefferson on Friday for its next OHC matchup.
