Russells Point Police Chief Joe Freyhof reports Tim McVety, 28, of 937 S. Orchard Island Road, Russells Point, was charged with two counts of domestic violence, resisting arrest and child endangering about 8:15 p.m. Oct. 21, after Chelsea Sotzing, same address, reported her boyfriend had come home drunk and destroyed a table and the room in which it was sitting.
