Traffic stop nets drugs

Joshua L. Taylor, 24, of 547 E. Columbus Ave., Apt. 15, was charged Friday with tampering with evidence, tampering with drugs, possession of marijuana, possession of drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia after a 6:25 p.m. traffic stop in front of the apartment complex.
