Motorist faces OVI charge after crashes

Bethany J. Smith, 33, of 214 Spruce Ave., was charged with operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs and was cited for failure to control and failure to stop after three crashes in the downtown area around 12:10 a.m. today.
