While not too common, guns have been brandished and used to threaten victims in local domestic violence cases over the years, Bellefontaine Examiner records show.

In at least three cases, guns were used to kill.

Steven L. Burk, 66, of 816 W. Sandusky Ave., Bellefontaine, who has been incarcerated in the Logan County Jail since Nov. 24, was charged Wednesday with felony counts of conveying drugs into a detention facility and possession of drugs.
