Alyssa Lee-Ann Harris, 22, of 223 W. Sandusky Ave., was charged Sunday with assault, vandalism and public intoxication.
Around 2:20 a.m., officers of the Bellefontaine Police Department were called to Waffle House, 1133 N. Main St.
She reportedly hit one of the cooks and kicked a hole in a wall of the diner.
Officers located her nearby, arrested her and lodged her in the Logan County Jail.
