Robert J. Price Jr., 47, of 211 Plumvalley St., was charged Friday with criminal trespassing and public intoxication.
He was found around 10:05 p.m. laying on the back steps of 628 S. Detroit St. after he was told to leave the property.
Officers of the Bellefontaine Police Department report he was extremely unsteady on his feet and obviously too intoxicated to care for himself.
He was lodged in the Logan County Jail.
Duo face theft charges
Macy S. Slatten, 21, of 813 Heritage Court, Apt. 51, and Julian K. Jackson, 23, of 309 S. Detroit St., each was charged Saturday with theft.
Around 4 p.m., according police reports, they attempted to leave Walmart, 2281 S. Main St., without paying for more than $200 in merchandise.
Property damaged
Eric Popp, 521 E. Sandusky Ave., reported Saturday a passenger window on a loaner car was shattered overnight while parked along Grant Street along his residence.
• David Wycinski, 104 E. Williams Ave., reported Thursday he suspects someone climbed over a rear yard fence and damaged lawn ornaments and took a solar light from a fence post.
