Two people were arrested Tuesday outside the Adult Parole Authority offices at 111 S. Madriver St.

Amber R. Hoy, 25, and William B. Rhyan, 24, both of 625 High St., Russells Point, each was charged with two counts of trafficking heroin.
Both were wanted on warrants developed through investigations of the Logan County Joint Drug Task Force.
Officers of the Bellefontaine Police Department assisted with impounding a car the two drove to the APA office.
Ms. Hoy also was charged with probation violation for a 2015 conviction for trafficking in heroin and possession of heroin.
Investigators and APA agents took her to her residence and conducted a search of the residence.
A video home security recorder, $600 and cellular phones were seized as part of the investigation.
Teen, woman face alcohol charges
Walker J. Mustain, 18, of 116 1/2 N. Elm St., was charged Wednesday with underage consumption of alcohol.
Around 6 p.m., he was spotted by officers carrying two cans of beer while walking near his residence.
He turned over more beer from inside the residence and was issued a summons.
• Terry Stockton, 55, of Sidney, was charged Wednesday with public intoxication. She was observed around 10:25 p.m. staggering and stumbling as she tried to walk along the 300 block of west Sandusky Avenue.
