The final night of the Logan County Fair saw an overflowing grandstand as the Ohio State Tractor Pullers Association was center stage. Fans were entertained with four different classes and 46 entrants competing.
Winning the light-limited pro stock tractors was Kevin Smith in DeereZastor with a pull of 340.356 feet. Taking runner-up was Dennis Goodman in Massey 1150 (325.042), placing third was Evan Smoot in Barnyard Bandit (317.444), coming in fourth was Drew Parkinson in Commandeere (310.414) and taking fifth was Tom Miller in Miller Time (307.774).
Mike Burton in Backwards Evolution won the limited pro-diesel truck field with a pull of 338.700 feet. Finishing second through fifth were Roger Straley in Razors Edges (336.888), Garrett Loucks in Un-Locked (335.144), Adam Hallien in Wrecker (334.414) and John Humpe IV in Troublemaker Too (334.098).
In super stock tractors, Frank Keener in Bambi took the top spot with a pull of 346.354 feet. Finishing second was Randy Barga in Dad’s Toy (267.392), placing third was Gary Williams in Country Deere (261.356), taking fourth was Randy Barga again in Original Judge (259.258) and coming in fifth was Ryan Battrell in Drunkin Punkin (243.550).
The pro stock semi title went to Chris Wood in Class Act with a first-place pull of 366.918 feet. Rounding out the top five were Spencer Rock in Hillbilly Deluxe (349.118), Dale Mitchell in Down-N-Out (341.090), Mitch Cloudt in Rubber Duck (336.708) and Gene Dunn in Lady Butterfly (331.296).
